Melissa, an AP over at Villas Elementary, gave us at Teachers Can Buy Homes an opportunity to see if we could sell her condo and give the same experience we gave her and Matt 5 years ago when they bought their home. “The process was seamless from start to finish and we are so grateful to Ed and his program” says Booth. 15 years ago Melissa bought the condo during the last peak of the market, and since then, has been upside down on it. “Ed consulted with us for 5 years about when the right time would be, and this year he told us the timing was perfect”. Not only did Melissa sell her home, but walked away with a substantial profit. “It feels like a 1000 lbs off my shoulders” Of course no different than when she bought her home, TCBH is donating to Villas Elementary into the General fund that Melissa can decide what to put that towards.
