Cindy Sager, an ESE teacher from Cypress Lake Middle, just got her home minutes away from her school! She thought before going into this that teachers needed a lot of money to put down, and with their salaries didn’t qualify for a home. She was proven wrong! Any teacher who has the desire to buy a home can qualify. For her deal, we fought at the past minute and fought so she could keep over $1400 of her own money, she bought the home with less than $6k down, low interest rate, and got her forever home. A donation will be made to Cypress Lake Middle to go toward ESE Social functioning department.
