“Its all Mine Now…I Made it!” Says Debbie Gale

“They are on top of it and very knowledgable” Debbie, an ESE Learning Resource Specialist with the District, just closed on her new home using the Teacherscanbuyhomes program.  “The Program helped tremendously in the entire process” says Gale.  Debbie came to closing with $800 less than her required down payment, got a $300 check back for remodeling, had no closing costs, and no fees.  “Ed and crew were on top of it as they fine tuned and never did I feel steered or pressured in the process”.  We will be making a donation to the ESE department at the district to provide Sensory toys for PRE-K ESE classrooms.   Teachers…

“Surprised how little I needed to put down” says Cindy from Cypress Lake Middle

Cindy Sager, an ESE teacher from Cypress Lake Middle, just got her home minutes away from her school!  She thought before going into this that teachers needed a lot of money to put down, and with their salaries didn’t qualify for a home.  She was proven wrong!  Any teacher who has the desire to buy a home can qualify.  For her deal, we fought at the past minute and fought so she could keep over $1400 of her own money, she bought the home with less than $6k down, low interest rate, and got her forever home.  A donation will be made to Cypress Lake Middle to go toward ESE…
