So exicted for our home and the future!” says Rich from the District

Rich Mercandante, a trainer at the district, and his wife Jessica, also a teacher trainer used teachers can buy homes to not only BUY and home, but also to SELL their current home.  “when we bought out first home we had no guidance and no idea what we were doing”  It is so much easier and smother having teacherscanbuyhomes.” says Rich.  Buying a home can be very stressful as well as selling a home.  Try doing it all at once simultaneously can be overwhelming.  “We put utmost faith in Ed to deliver our dream” says Jessica.  “He taught us every aspect of the buying process from insurance, interest rates, loan process” says Rich.  On selling the home proper staging, fixing the house with minimum money and expense is key.  A room by room review is given at every house to insure the little money that is spent to stage is worth it.  An educated client is our mission statement and how we differ than other programs.  Says Rich “Ed gave us the skills and knowledge so we were better prepared for the whole process”.  We will be donating out biggest one time amount ever of over $1800 to go toward Professional Development at the District.
