Michele, a new reading teacher at Harns Marsh Middle, was in Colorado teaching when she was recruited to Harns Marsh in February of 2020. As a new recruit, she was unsure if we could even help her buy a home prior to even working here. Teachers Can Buy Homes has that program too. If you are a new recruit, yes you can buy a home prior to even starting school. “I had no fees, and Ed even bought down my interest rate” says Michele. If you ever think a teacher can’t buy a home, think again. Our mission to to assist and help teachers buy a home even if their situation has caused them to be denied in the past. In the end, we will be making a considerable donation to Harns Marsh middle to go toward developing a creative writing program.
