    End of March 2025 Market Update

    The SW Florida Real Estate Market analysis for the end March 2025. March inventory is starting to level off, BUT demand is still very low. The biggest increase in inventory are builder completed homes, which are causing downward pressure on the used market. Still over 14k housing units for sale with only 1200 closed sales for the county. Prices went down as builders are doing rapid price decreases and BLOWOUTS along with their MEGA incentives. Season normally starts to slow down after March, but sometimes it continues into April. It does look like this will pour over into April, BUT May is normally a much slower market. Next months data is very important to see if a correction will happen, and if SW Florida doesn't get the massive increase of sales volume next month CLICK TO DOWNLOAD
