Shannon, an 7 year ESE Teacher at Cypress Middle School, and her husband Julius, a Florida Virtual Teacher, just bought their new home using Teacherscanbuyhomes! “We never thought it would happen, especially to get a new home” says Shannon. As always what really got the Richardsons was having no fees and no closing costs on their loan. “It made the process worry-free and we didnt have to worry about anything else either” says Julius. We will be making a donation to Cypress Lake Middle’s Social Functioning program.
