Jacob, an 11th grade history teacher with Lehigh Senior High, just closed on his first house ever bought. “Going into this, I thought it would be more complicated jungle than it was” says Jacob. “My biggest fear was how much more money I may need, but with this easy program I came to closing with much less than expected”. In fact, Jacob had no fees, no closing costs, and even got his appraisal fee reimbursed at closing! Couple that with coming to closing with $200 less than required made him happy. “Phenomenal” says Jacob. A donation will be made to the Social Studies department to pay for guest speakers for their students.
