Mandy, a 7th grade english teacher at Challenger Middle, just closed on her home. “I never thought I could, but YES you can actually buy a home” says Mandy. All closing costs were paid for, and she came to closing with much less than she needed to put down. “I was very surprised how very easy and simple the process was.
