Tom, a high school 9-10th grade ELA teacher at Island Coast, just closed on his new home and he cannot believe it. “It doesn’t seem like it can be true. The process was far easier than I thought and you are never left to your own accord” says Tom. Every teacher has a unique story of their time through the process, but Tom already had experience buying a home before. When asked what the differences were, he said “the process was alot smoother. the first time I had to do it all with no help. This time Ed was always there guiding me every process. He never shuts his phone off and I felt like you were my parachute the whole time”. We will be donating to the ELA depart to fund a traveling circus to come by the school for an epic event. When asked about how it feels: “Feels great and good that I have something of my own” says Romano.
