Melissa from Caloosa makes her dream a reality.

Melanie & Melissa had a dream when they came to Teacherscanbuyhomes wanting to get out of their desperate situation they were in and buy their first home together.  We worked on their file diligently and in the end, with a little help from the program, successfully closed on their home today.  The program bought down their interest rate to a monthly payment well below what they expected, shopped their insurance rate down, and granted over $4000 so that the closing could happen.  Even had a little fun at closing.  In the end, we will also donate $500 toward teacher appreciation week late next week to Caloosa Middle.
