Monica Received Over $20,000 in Incentives and Pay-downs!

Monica, a 5th Grade Teacher at Skyline Elementary is the 77th teacher helped since 2016 by Teachers Can Buy Homes.  Recently she and her husband along with their 2 sons moved here this year from Missouri.  The program did some serious negotiating to save her and her husband $5000 off the principal, give $1900 in buyer credit, a new roof, new appliance, and even fix a broken window.  Congratulations Monica, Rhett, Jaks, and Ben on your new and IMPROVED home.  Her story highlights some of the many things Teachers Can buy Homes does for its teachers.  This is the 2nd teacher from Skyline Elementary and a donation was made to the 5th grade to Principal Trombetti for field trips
