Mariner Track Coach Buys First Home

Mathew Titus, a teacher and coach at Mariner High, just closed on his first home using Teachers Can Buy Homes Program.  We reduced his interest rate, he came to closing with less than the 3.5% required, and ended up with a brand new home located only minutes from his school.  Matt became the 93rd teacher in Lee County to have used our program.  A donation of $500 will be made to the Track Team so they can travel to regional and state competitions.  Teacherscanbuyhomes is a sponsor for the last 2 years of Mariner's track team.
