The Rioux’s made their dream a reality!

Todd and Liz, both school bus drivers for Lee County Schools just closed on their new home using the TeachersCanBuyHomes Program.  Not only did they get a great pool home in Cape Coral, but we also gave back $704 toward their closing costs, had enough left over to buy down their interest rate, and they came out of pocket with less than they thought.

They chose, as all teachers do, to donate to the program and school of their choice.  The Rioux’s chose to donate their $800 donation to Franklin Park which the principal wants to put 1/2 toward uniforms and 1/2 to the music department.  Thank you Principal Freeman for your time and your story.
